We take credit card payments by phone,a 50% deposit is required to reserve our mobile pony ride service,the balance is due 72 hours prior to the date of your event.

Ponies To Go
Due to the tremendous success that we have had with our in house Pony Party & Pony Ride service,we now have our fabulous mobile unit that provides Ponies To Go for your child's birthday party.
How does it work?
Call us and if we have availability for your date we reserve your spot on our calander.
We show up 20 minutes prior to your
party,we prep the ponies with braids decorations, unicorns....and then the kids get a hand led pony ride,we go the extra mile to make certain your little one has a day they will never forget.
For every pony hand walked, we provide 1 pony walker; an experienced handler who guides the pony and child on individual rides. We also help the children on and off the pony, all pony waste is immediately picked up by our staff.

FAQ
How much space is needed?
We can set up in a variety of different environments, including in suburban yards, parking lots, parks, and courtyards, grass is usually best. You will need a fairly level area for any setup, and in the summer, naturally shady areas are great.
Remember that there must be room to park our truck and trailer nearby the setup area. The truck can be parked on a street, in a driveway or in a parking lot, but it must be able to turn around somewhere.
Can the Ponies go inside Nursing Homes,Assisted Living facilities,Schools etc?
Yes they can,we will do a walk through of the interior first,only ground level,no elevators,stairs or private residences
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel your event for any reason up to 7 days prior to your event, at no cost.
You can cancel for weather related issues up until 24 hours prior to your event or reschedule, at no cost to you. Cancellations within 24 hours of the event start time will forfeit their deposit, or 50% of the event total.
If you need to cancel, it is your responsibility to contact us via phone or email. If you receive our voicemail service, please leave a message and we will get back with you. You should not consider your event cancelled until we confirm via call,email or text message.
