This page should answer most questions about our pony party packages or any of our other services,if you still have questions that can't be answered here,please feel free to call,text or email us.

Q. Do I need to call to check party dates availability?
A. Yes,we fill up fast and may not have the date available that you request                                     
Q. How do I pay for my party package,camp or pony ride?
A. Payments can be made by Paypal,we accept most credit cards however you need to call Joanne for credit card payment,Paypal can be paid online by clicking the "Buy Now" button
                                               
Q. Can we arrive earlier for our scheduled party?
A. We host back to back parties most weekends therefore please arrive at your scheduled party time.
                                                  
Q. If we arrive late can our alloted party time be extended?
A.  As long as we are not hosting back to back parties, yes, there is a $75.00 fee to extend by 30 minutes.

Q. Can I bring food,drinks and a party cake?
A. Absolutely we encourage you to bring your own food and drinks

Q.Do we need to sign a waiver?
A.Yes,all campers and party goers intending to ride must sign a waiver and can   be printed out from our website waiver page.

Q.How should we dress?
A.You are going to be in a farm environment,so closed shoes,,jeans or shorts will suffice.
 
Q.Do you provide helmets for riding?
A.Yes,all riding guests will be provided with helmets.

Q.Do you provide a side walker for the children who are riding?
A.Depending on their age and riding experience.

Q.What happens if it rains or snows,do we cancel?
A.Please read our cancelation policy by clicking on the cancellation button on our website homepage.

Q.Can we have a pony ride or pony party at our house?
A.We are not a mobile unit,pony rides and parties are held at our facility only.
